Brewing HERBAL Tea with a TEAPOT
After brewing, strain the tea to remove the tea leaves. Serve the cold brewed tea over ice and sweeten as desired — you can add honey, date syrup, any berries or citrus fruits. Store the remaining cold tea in the fridge for up to 2−3 days.
In a large pitcher or jar, combine one liter of cold water with 10−15g of tea. Close the jar and put it in the fridge. Allow the tea to infuse for 6−12 hours. You can taste the tea at each stage of brewing to get the strength you want and choose the best time.
