You have the right to return any tea accessory within 14 days after receipt of the order. Tea accessory returns should be in their original condition and packaging.
Since they are food items, packaged teas and loose leaf tea cannot be returned. But please let us know if you are dissatisfied with your tea purchase and we will ensure that you are satisfied.

Generally, courier charges for your returns will be at your cost unless the error has been made by us. Refunds, including billed delivery charges will take place within 30 days of receiving your returned items.
